
Nikki Haramoglis
PRINCIPAL / AGENT
Nikki Haramoglis oversaw and designed successful beauty brand launches across the US and Europe for over a decade. In 2020, during the pandemic lockdown, she pivoted and launched Project Cordell, a ground-up design/build project with a contemporary style, excellent craftsmanship, and ample natural light. Her success in self-managing Project Cordell and other projects led to the establishment of her real estate and interior design firm, Westward Atelier. With her family’s history of real estate investment, Nikki acquires and prepares properties for sale with her keen eye for design, drawing inspiration from refined architecture and intricate designs she’s encountered during her travels abroad. She holds a BS in Economics and Business Management from St. Mary’s College of California and currently lives with her husband and three children in the East Bay.
Tim Flynn
Architectural Designer
With a functionality-first approach and creative open-mindedness, Tim Flynn has mastered a variety of different architectural and design styles. Tim graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Architecture, and in 1982, he formed a successful design/build company - Constructive Ideas. Tim’s career has focused on creating custom-tailored, high end homes in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle and Nashville. His work at Westward Atelier plays an integral role in both our real estate and design arms; working to deliver site plans that better inform our clientele on their property investments at large.
Ashley Morgan
Supporting Designer
Ashley Morgan has had a lifelong love for interior design which is illustrated across all of the projects she has supported us on. Ashley provides dedicated support through all facets of interior design projects from project management, procurement and sourcing new vendors. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Product Design from Stanford University. She currently works as a marketing strategist for an organization that works to create a better environment, education and community. Ashley’s work directly supports Westward Atelier’s core mission of community-driven design and partnerships.
Sherri Berns
Supporting Designer
Sherri Berns is a highly talented and experienced designer who has a strong background in retail and commercial design, product design, and creative space planning. With over 13 years of experience, she is skilled in using various design software and holds a B.F.A in Interior Design and a B.A. in Political Science. Sherri has a proven track record of success in managing client projects, specifying and purchasing furniture and accessories, coordinating installations, and generating detailed floor plans. Sherri is known for her excellent communication skills and exceptional sense of color and artistic presentation, and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their design goals. Supporting Designer
Raised in the Pacific Northwest, Cara’s design sensibility focuses on classic spaces with a hint of modernity. She finds joy in bringing functionality and beauty to a space, while also honoring its rich history. With a background in marketing and business development, Cara leverages her exceptional project management and service skills to deliver a seamless experience to Westward Atelier clients. Cara is an avid runner, a mother to two wonderful sons, and a graduate of the University of Oregon.
